Etech Ecosystem (“Etech”, “we”, “us”) operates etechit.xyz and the products listed on it. This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect when you visit this site or use our products, how we use that information, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Information we collect
We collect three categories of information.
- Information you give us — your name, email address, company, and the contents of any message you send through our contact form or sign-up flows.
- Information collected automatically — standard server logs (IP address, user-agent, requested URL, timestamp) used to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the site.
- Product data — if you create an account on one of our products (for example EcomTech, BM Mail, or QueenSMTP), that product has its own privacy notice covering the application data you put into it.
How we use information
We use information to deliver the service you asked for, respond to your messages, send transactional notifications (such as account, billing, and security emails), prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and improve our products. We do not sell your personal information. We do not run third-party ad networks on etechit.xyz.
Sharing and processors
We share data only with vetted service providers who act on our behalf: our hosting provider, email delivery (handled in-house via QueenSMTP), payment processors (Stripe for international payments, bKash for Bangladesh-local transactions), and analytics tooling that is privacy-respecting and does not build cross-site profiles. We disclose information when required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of our users and team.
Retention
We keep contact-form messages for up to 24 months. Server logs are kept for up to 90 days. Account data is retained for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterward to comply with tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
Your rights
You may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, export in a portable format, or restriction of processing. To exercise any right, email privacy@etechit.xyz from the address on file. We respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
Cookies
etechit.xyz uses a small number of strictly-necessary cookies (theme preference, CSRF protection on forms once enabled). We do not use advertising cookies. Individual products may set their own cookies; see each product’s privacy notice.
